Hello, let me start off by saying I was a loyal customer of Lucky Mojo whom spent lots of money, I also promoted their website to many people, and ordered services from rootworkers.
The owner Catherine Yronwode notified me a few months ago about my signature that was censored not being suitable for kids and called it "hoodish", but she uses profanity in her radio shows for Lucky Mojo and theres sexual content on the forum about penis, vaginal, semen, menstrual blood, etc
She could have handled this situation better than using the word "hoodish" to me and that is a racist comment. I'm not from the hood and don't talk hoodish, besides what is hoodish?
There's rude and mean people on the forum, they made fun of a post by me, I also asked if some of my threads I posted could be deleted for privacy reasons, they said no and removed me from the forum without any notification.
The customer service is bad, everytime I called with questions on products all the representatives tell me to go to the forum to seek the answer. What kind of business don't share products information to customers and direct them elsewhere to find it?
I'm highy disappointed in the bad treatment I've recieved from lucky mojo and the owner Catherine Yronwode, because I spent alot of money on this website and promoted this website to many people.
