I've been involved in a few different TV productions. Every time it was a different caterer, but every time it was the same thing. Pretty good food, but issues with deliveries.in this industry timing is everything. I know that LA traffic can be a pain and unpredictable, but it's still not an excuse.
This last time one of the assistants suggested this catering service. Breakfasts, lunch and dinner or snacks... We asked for it all to be delivered and at different times through out the day all depending on our shooting schedule.
They were easy to work with. We called them with so many last minute orders. They were completely flexible. They were never late... But 10-15 min early. The staff members were good about setting everything up right away. That alone would have won me over.
Their food on top of it all was actually really, really good. We got all sorts of sandwich platters and a bunch of their entrees. Our regular staff members commented how this was one of the better places that we've eaten from.
Yeah. Def going to keep their menu on hand.
