Business Not Listed in Yellow Pages for Three Years

I own a beauty & Barber College. I have contacted Verizon for the past three years as to why my company is not listed in the yellow pages of Ft. Wayne phone book.

I have been passed from one representative to another trying to get this problem solved. Finally I were told that I would be contacted within 7 to 10 days with an answer. I still have not heard anything from any of the representatives I spoke with.

Verizon has cause me to lose thousand of dollars. I were the only school of its' kind in Ft. Wayne, IN, which were much needed. I'm told constantly that potential did not know the school were in Ft. Wayne because it is not listed in the yellow pages with the other schools.

I do plan to file a Class Action Law Suit. I desperately need a good business lawyer.
