Really disappointed with my Totsy experience. I ordered several different items and they are all very small. Weird coincidence since they are different brands, but all the same I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff that doesn't fit properly.
Two dresses from the Dolly and Me sale, both just barely fit their recipients when I ordered sizes to be generous and allow for growth.
A pair of sandals from one of the shoe events. Not even close to a standard shoe size, will have to be given to someone 1 if not 1.5 sizes smaller.
Two pair of pajamas... This is the one that really hurts. Our family tradition is new pj's for the kids on Christmas Eve... The size 12-14 pj's for my son are smaller than the size 10 pj's I bought at a store for my daughter. They do not fit at all and since I didn't expect this issue, I didn't check them soon enough so no time to go find anything else. The size 4 pj's barely fit my other son. I know that pj's are meant to fit snugly, but these are tiny.
Buyer beware... No returns, no refunds, no exchanges... The prices are too good to be true—because it is too good to be true.
