The first time I ordered from Totsy, my order was lost for 6 weeks. They gave me a $20 credit, so I thought I would try them again. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter. The right shoe was a size 9 and the left shoe a size 8. Of course the shoe was no longer in stock. They gave me a $10 credit this time, but don't think it is worth the hassle. On the flip side, their customer service department was very friendly and courteous.
