Every month there is always a new stag with this company, I am told by CSR 1-888-321-5880, "after automatic minutes are applied I can add money to my plan at same rate as my plan&when I do, my mins are gone in two days, (this particular time), before when I added cash to my plan after the automatic minutes were applied, they lasted longer than (2) days. All of a sudden this does not apply anymore, when I called now I am being told this was never the procedure, which is a lie, after spending $30-40 a month after the automatic minutes, I was told to call in the top-up to the CSR instead of the automated process, and the money would be applied to my plan only once a month. And that was the case for about 2-months, now I am told that was never the policy. Eventhough the phone is free, the service is not free, this is so very unprofessional, it is unbelievable. Yes the service is geared to the low-income, however the service is not low-income. There is nothing printed out of these new rules that are revealed from month to month
