His so-called manager was so rude, sheryl, that i was extremely upset. I will never order from no more rack again. I do not like being treated with absolutely no respect. I have made a lot of orders to this company. Had problems 2 yrs. Ago, not receiving orders. On dec. 31 website advertised free shipping. NOT SO! I ordered a belgian wafflemaker, but no instructions came in delivery. Email email them, but what the hell is customer service doing? What a joke!
