The Guard Force Account Manager, Christian Woodhead, has forced the company into several law suits by taking place in habitual workplace harassment, retaliation, and violating California State and federal labor laws. Several U. S Security Associates employees that have been working at the GA contract including Rancho Bernardo, Saber Springs, and Poway locations have recently filed a class action law suit against the company due to a violation of California labor law Code section 512. Mr. Woodhead has also harassed multiple Security Officers to the point of having them terminated or reassigned. Many of these Security Officers had filed complaints against Woodhead prior to being removed from the site. Such complaints include workplace harassment and retaliation based on race, color, origin, and medical discrimination. There are currently several filings with Workers Compensation (Liberty Mutual) that are related to mental stress due to being harassed at the work place by Woodhead; these cases have been accepted by the workers compensation insurance company and those individuals are filling individual civil harassment cases against Woodhead.
