Business did not fulfill order, will not reply to emails ("We'll respond to all emails in 24 hours") or phone calls

Placed an $80 order on Oct. 22 and received one-third of it 2 months later. Still have not received the balance. Have placed numerous calls and emails to inquire about receiving the rest of it, but no response.

I have placed occasional order with this place for the past 5-6 years and have never found it to be very responsive... Guess I have placed my last order.

Beware and definitely don't be in a hurry for the product.
