Well let me just start by saying I will never shop in Nordstrom store again my life. After 10 years of shopping there it just shows they have no customer loyalty. So I go to return an item and they say they cannot return it because I do not have the receipts even though I stated when I bought it, how much I paid and I had the brand new item in the box. I asked for the manager and they kept on pushing it off until finally 35 to 45 minutes later the manager showed up. When she showed up she looked at the item and accused me of not even buying the item there even though we stood right next to the display that was the same exact shoe. So right off the bat she accuses me of being a criminal and trying to do a fraudulent return before she even asked me any questions! Then she proceeded to tell me that I am better off keeping the $250 pair of uggs that I bought for the holidays for my girlfriend that didn't fit right because dealing with her she will not help me in anyway. So I proceed to ask for Nordstroms corporate number and she gives me the number to Eric Nordstroms and tells me he will not override her decision ever. When Erik Nordstrom called me back he acts like the store manager is never wrong and the customer is always wrong and that she has the final say even though belittling a customer is not an allowable practice. Then he proceeds to tell me it is not worth his time to look into the matter as it is only a $250 pair of shoes. Sorry that everyone doesn't haven't millions like him to say that. When I ask him what will be done for the manager treating me like a thief land talking down to me he says one thing. You made your complaint are you happy now. WOW isn't all I can say! You might as well call me a liar as well. Well to end the story I feel that putting his direct line up here more complaints will come and you will see he will just brush you off from his fancy little hand me down business. ALSO if you shop at the store you will see all these employees act as if they are untouchable no matter what they say to you because as I heard it directly from Mr. Nordstrom my employees would never do that and he is too high up to deal with real issues. Buyers beware if you shop here you better have a masters degree or you will become called a liar a thief and an idiot by their manager!!!
