I've been working on repaying a student loan under the grounds of Student Loan Rehabilitation. I've paid it for 11 months. I get a call one day from an illiterate sounding female who claims I owed them a couple of thousand dollars. I said, "Oh no I am on a student loan rehab program." She said, "our records do not indicate that." So somehow I was kicked off of the plan and they still accepted my monthly payments. So that was 11 months down the drain. My credit does not even REFLECT the payments or that I was in a S.L.R. Program. I have payments via my visa to show the days that I paid it. However then I requested to speak to HOLLY who was my rep. She told me that it was a mistake and they could reset it. Then I called back about 2 weeks later to speak to her and find out the status of my account and of course. Holly would not take my calls and each time she was unavailable.

Then I asked to speak to the supervisor in charge. They finally forwarded me after many transfers to regular people in the office. They finally transferred me to Mrs Martin who's phone number is 317.375.6518 who's in her office she said M-F from 8am to 9pm. However she said, "Give me 24 hours and I will look into it." at 5:00 A.M. I got a call from her and I am on the WEST Coast. I answered but I was asleep and she hung up. I looked at Caller ID when I woke up later that morning. I tried to call her back once i had awakened and realized I was not dreaming. I called her many times and the phone went to voice mail. I finally called her and she said, "Oh the call must be recorded let me call you back in a few minutes." Five minutes past, 10 minutes, 30 minutes. And I finally called her back. Then She was basically ignoring me. I called the office at this number 855.403.1844 and of course I asked to speak to her and they told me she was not in the office. I said, "We ll I just spoke to her a few minutes ago. Is she really out of the office or are you just telling me that?" I asked to speak to a second person who was in a managerial position.

They transfereed me to INDIA who is supposed to be in charge of my account. Of course I was transferred to Hanna who is a C.S.R. (customer Service Rep) and I said, "Can you transfer me to a Manager?" then I was transferred to Alicia who is VERY rude and I didn't want to speak to her. I asked her for a manager as well. FINALLY I was transferred to TODD GUENTHER who is a bit rude and has a dry personality. He claimed that I was two days late paying my acct and they kicked me out of the program. It was due on 20th and you paid on the 22nd. I just let him talk as i Listened. But i know that there is a minimum of 10 days grace period. They have basially locked my acct and I cannot get inside to print off everything. But i do have copies on my credit card statements.

I had to take a break from this because it was very annoying. These people are very rude and you cannot trust them. They took my money but I was not in the Student Loan Rehab program.

So I am just forewarning people that perhaps some companies you can do a SLR with but it's not this company. They are very rude and they have the audacity to not take my phone calls at this time. When you call them they make it seem like they called you.

I do not recommend Premier Credit They are very rude some of the reps sound unintelligent and they give out mis information. I am very upset at this moment that my S.L.R. Did not work the way I planned last year. I thought it was perfect now they claim they have started over.

I will definitely be writing a letter to the higher ups and trying to pay the loan off with the original creditor i do not want them to get any credit for my payments at all. It was my fault that my loan went into default because of the economy and I couldnt find work but I called and tried to work it out and was paying it. I don't feel that they should be trying to DODGE me they tried to BEAT me and that is very crooked but i do have rights under consumer law and I will figure out a way to get this fixed and paid off. ASap
