I, along with many other people (see usacomplaints.com) have been defrauded out of $100 on savebig.com 's site. We all share the same story — we were misled into providing our credit card info and suddenly found ourselves stuck with "bidding points" we neither requested nor wanted. Then when we requested refunds, no one responded. Obnoxious. Especially in the current economy when no one can afford to lose $100 (and the stuff to be purchased on the website is junk too).
