I really fell in love with the white gold engagement and wedding rings advertised by this company. I ordered my favourite and then received an Email from the company saying they couldn't ship outside the USA. Based on that information, I purchased rings from another source.
A couple of weeks later through the mail I received the white gold rings from the States. They were as lovely as I had imagined but I now had no need for them. Based on the company's 14 day return policy, I immediately packaged them back up and returned by Fedex.
I have the airwaybill which provides they were delivered back to the company and signed for by "T Yannetti".
Despite this, I have never received back my money. I have written on numerous occasions to them without any kind of response or acknowledgement whatsoever.
They know the rings are wedding/engagement rings - a special time for people and expensive too - we don't need to be ripped off by scum like this who put a dampner on things. I can't afford to lose this money so close to my wedding.
They have both my rings and my money. They are liars because they did not stand by their 14 day return policy, cheats because they have stolen my money and scum because they cannot even have the decency to respond to any of my correspondence.
Avoid them like the plague or you too will be ripped off.
