Monthly Bill Varies and Phone Number Change Charged Without Authorization

My family mobile is a joke the bill is never the same every month. Then they charged me for changing a phone number that I didn't authorize them to do and when i called they told me to email customer relations and they would take care of it. Well you know how that goes they didn't.
