Bill is never the same every month charged me for changing a phone number that i did not authorize for them to do

My family mobile is a joke the bill is never the same every month. Then they charged me for changing a phone number that i didnt authorize them to do and when i called they told me to email customer relations and they would take care of it. Well you know how that goes they didnt
