On November 13, I contacted this company to help write a research paper that was due on November 19. This company agreed and I paid the fee of $57.63. On the due date, November 19th, I call the company three times that day asking for the completed work and they kept promising that the work will be completed by 4 P.M. That day. At 5 P.M. I called and was told that the writer would not be able to fulfill the research paper.
I asked for a complete refund and was told I would have it within three business days. It is now December 17 and I do not have the refund. I continue to call the company and each time, I am told that they are waiting for a response from the management and they will get back to me. They never do and I continue to call and speak with Jennifer, Sharon and Linda... All say we are waiting to see what management has to say about my refund.
As a result, I am still out 57.63 and they are refusing to return my money! I have already opened up a case with the Better Business Bureau but need help warning customers about this company. I am also hoping to get my refund.
