Horrible quality dress and no reply when refund was requested

I oredered a dress online with yes my bride
address is given in Oregon USA but product came shipped from China

It was not like the picture at all, horrible cheap and made with faults
Attempted now to email them 5 times, with no response,
.
There is no contact phone number or address.$200 down the drain
