I have been going to F. Sams for years, never with a complaint, until I visited Fayetteville NC and went to a F. Sams. The stylist seemed extremely nervous and took forever just to prepare the color. When she put the fois in, I told here she didn't put nearly enough in my head. She put a few more on the top to shut me up, and assured me the rest would be fine. When she dried my hair, you could clearly still see my regrowth, which I showed her. She offered no apologies, nothing. I left clearly upset, but not wanting to cause a scene. I had to call back the next day to speak with the manager about it. They all treated me like I was the bad guy and that they did nothing wrong. All they kept saying was that "All fantastic sams are different". Even when I went back to get it fixed, I could hear them all wispering about me, like they couldn't believe I came back and that I was waisting their time. Everytime a new customer came in, the girl working on me kept saying "It's going to be a long wait." Never have I been treated so poorly!
