Firstly, I'm an international customer (Singapore).
I have received a damaged item. I have contacted them
through email with PICTURES of the damage item and was told that the item needs
to be shipped back in order to have my money refunded. I was also told to find
the cheapest available postage carrier to send the item from Singapore back to
their warehouse. After exhausting 2 hours of my time, calling and searching
online, I found the cheapest available option, which costs usd65. This is the
only local and national postage company based in Singapore, and it is the
cheapest available shipping option.
However, I was told that they have a maximum limit of usd40
for the shipping fee reimbursement. They told me that it is possible to ship
with a cost of usd40 using my local carrier since they told me that people from
my country have done so before.
