JewelrybyEzra ripped me off. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings, they sent one pair but did not send the other. I have sent numerous e-mails and even tried to call them, but there is a recording

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings, they sent one pair but did not send the other. They said this was due to back orders. They sent me a letter stating that they would refund my money. I still have not received a refund for my 53.00. It has been a month now and still no word. I have sent numerous e-mails and even tried to call them, but there is a recording.
