I ordered a living room outfit in Dec and the first consisted of all but 2 pieces. The delivery guys in the first round were wonderful. After a number of calls to find out when the other 2 items would be delivered, the one item (a large sofa chair) was eventually delivered in Jan. It was raining and I live in a new construction area where the outside landscaping has not been completed. I asked the delivery persons to remove their boots in the foyer and they would not. Since I did not want them walking across my dining and living rm with their dirty, wet boots, they left this sofa chair in the middle of the foyer entrance way, upside down. I have no way to lift this large chair on my own. I phoned the Brick to complain and after being on hold for 10 mins, was given a song and dance... Needless to say, I will need to ask a neighbour or friend to help me
