Like everyone on this thread, I too was ripped off. Massage Envy wont give me my prepaid massages until I pay another month of membership before I cancel. I have been a member for 3 years and and its not like I was locked into a 12 month membership contract. It was a month to month agreement wherein I have 6 prepaid massages I have not used. There are a lot of complaints about this same thing in this website and others like this and so I decided to write the Bureau of Consumer Protection agency or The Attorney General's Office so at least this complaints will not go to deaf ears. Please join me in writing to these agencies so business like Massage Envy will not take advantage of our inability to act or voice our complaints. If together we stand, massage envy will stand NO chance of ripping off people.
