TRIMAX Industries, Inc., TX rips off employees and clients

Dear Sir,

TRIMAX Industries, Incorporated of Houston, TX an OEM located at 6324 Cunningham Rd 77041 has been doing many illegal operations in its daily business ventures.

First, the company employs illegal aliens on a regular basis, so that the CEO, Adel Sheshtawy, can control the paperwork for work visa's in which he never applies for. This gives him control and power over the illegal employees and their families.

Second, the company recruits employees on false pretenses.in my instance I was given an employment contract guaranteeing base salary, company vehicle, benefits, commissions and bonuses for launching a new technology product. After exceeding goals and completing contract the company refused to pay due monies. Legal action is being pursued.

In the two years I worked for this company many people were recruited and promised more money and benefits than me, but never saw any of the promises come true. They didn't even get anything put into writing after many requests to do so. All of those employees quit.

Third, their products are based on a superior technology. However, the CEO refuses to put QA/QC mandates in place to control the integrity of the product, and on many occassions has sent his product to clients in unsatisfactory conditions. Also, the company sends technicians to the client to operate its products. All of the technicians employed at the company are not certified to go offshore on Oil rigs as they are doing, and do not attend any formal training.

Fourth, the company pays everyone as a contractor when they are considered by law to be employees. The Federal IRS Criminal Investigation Unit has been contacted, as well as the State of Texas.

Anyone interested in doing business with this company should think twice and be very careful. Anyone contemplating employment with this company should heed my warnings and look for employment elsewhere.

I don't know who will see this report, but everything I am reporting is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. This problematic company has been in operation over 10 years in the greater Houston area, and it's time someone told on them.
