Adel Sheshtawy The company employs illegal aliens, hires employs on the pretense of being contractors but will not provide 1099's for taxes. He rips off clients by overcharging and when the quality of the equipment

Trimax (Adel Sheshtawy) pretends to be a business man. He makes people sign agreements that if they quit they have to pay him for training. He pays people under the table and says they are consultants but will not issue 1099's for the IRS. He pays what he wants and not agreed upon salaries. He holds pay from employs on the pretense the company doesn't have money. He employs illegal aliens and holds visa's on middle eastern employs to take control of them and pays them pennies.
