Awful Employees Including The Assistant Manage

The closest Kohl's to my home is just mere less than 2 miles away. Being that, who wouldn't often go there to see what's new in stock or to come in and make some purchases here and there or do a quick stop return.

Over the years, I noticed the employees at the customer services were getting worse and worse and ruder and ruder.

The customer service assistant manager had recent started complaining about how I came in to purchase EVERY SINGLE DAY when I only go there once or twice a week. How is that every single day??? Does she not want a regular customer? I also don't like the fact that I can't return the items without them hassling me about how I return too often. I don't like using their dirty, public, changing rooms, so I go home to try them on. They don't fit, nor do they look right, so I returned them. That shouldn't be something to be complaining about.

Also, I've been to other branches of Kohl's store and the cashiers encouraged signing up for their email alerts, even though I just gave them email coupon. So I get another coupon. What to do? If given, then I'll do the honor of using it, obviously. The customer service employees at McKee, San Jose, California are ungrateful people. They said I have used the coupon too many times and that I shouldn't get my refund. Why are they the only ones acting this way when other branches are open to accepting lots of savings?

Another thing is I extremely dislike the fact that the girls at the customer services talk in Spanish to each other to gossip about the customers. They don't think anyone would care, but they do, and they NOTICE. Same with the girls at the cashiers. Stop chatterboxing far across the room saying when they can take their breaks. If they don't enjoy it and keep counting down the minutes til their break time instead of attending to their customers' needs, then QUIT! Also, the cashiers the McKee branch hired are all inexperienced!!! How can they start out working as cashiers when they don't even know how to operate the machines? They asked me if I had a bag. I said yes. They charged me 10 unnecessary cents which they don't know how to open the drawer to return!!! They told me to go all the way to the customer service to get my 10 cents when they could just click on a few codes and out pops the drawer, give me my 10 cents, and i'll be on my way! I've seen other cashiers at other stores do it, so their machines should be no different nor harder to do.

If you read the reviews for the Mckee branch. You can see their service sucks like crazy and their employees are ungrateful. My advice, fire everyone, including that rude assistant manager (who only just worked there for 2 years and she acted like she owned the place!) and do a thorough rehiring of new employees. Seriously, this needs to be done. Everyone on yelp is complaining about this and they even created a yelp account just to complain how awful it is.
