I've been employed by U.S. Safety for around three years now and that i could actually say i've never seen a business went in this bad method in my life. I can't think with the wrong things happening in the corporation that there's not been some type of analysis set up. Yes there a large business but whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong. They've a lot of lawsuits therefore many complaints against them its insane.
After i started with organization there is no instruction it had been simply "your chosen i want one to start today!" after i was at my first website i observed some items that i really could not think. The post orders for 1. The items the guards were told to complete were absurd and that i think illegal like we'd to complete plumbing, electric, drywalling, falling bathrooms, changing bulbs, cleanup spiderwebs, mop-up spills and puddles of water after it rained. Additionally we weren't allowed in the break areas or lobby areas we'd to remain out-side reguardless of the current weather. We also had to hold up flags on unsafe and unleveled drive-ways. I've tool pads drop constantly. The list continues and on. I've tried to talk to the supervisors of those thing-but i had been told "easily wish to keep my work i ought to be quiet because often there is anyone to replace you!". And so i kept quiet in worries of loosing my work.
So here i'm about three years later still using the company. And that i understand what your thinking! Why are you still there? Well with the economy the way in which its been i truly do not have an option intill issues improve. But during this period i've seen the corporation and all its wrongdoings proceed from bad to worst! After all really poor. Here are a few things that are happening these days. 1: we're right down to 2 administrators to complete site checks for all san diego county and 1 boss that's a cat simply because they do not have a situation for him so he is still a boss and getting paid boss earnings but is about the downlow how is that authorized? There is also to work 12-14 time days but get paid just for 8. Today i understand thats not authorized however they find endangered constantly when they attempt to list thier hours. 2: your new operations manager (gerrett brown) must have been fire and imprisoned along time before. This person being a boss at that time was caught on wal marts cameras taking the reg labels from a business vehicle and putting them on his personal car. Thats a federal crime. But rather he becomes demoted to dispatch after which several months later marketed to operations manager. Wtf! Nicely i suppose being close friends with this guide opp supervisor (danny sola) had something related to it! 3: work is much like fort knox this as the office does some several damaged factor they do not need anyone simply walking up inside. When there is any problems which there's a lot of you've to call and make a consultation. And many of times your appointments aren't actually drenched or canceled. If you review there heads and contact coorperate together with your problems because we can not actually speak with them you'll get some sort of disciplinary action against you or finished. 4: the managers and administrators jeopardize people time we're called titles, your personal business is told to other pads, and yes there's a lot of sexual harassment. 5: you will find never any type of annual reviews of any kind. And there are contracts that i've read myself about some sites that need evaluations to determin a wage increase or not plus they do not actually respect them. Like i said before the list of problems go ahead and on.
The items i've listed in my problem are extremely genuine. You will find countless difficulties with the corporation. I understand some are you standard daily worker gripe but most are things which are illegal in the state of california and they must be examined.
A lot of people examine security safeguards like we're nothing and think your job is a laugh. However they are wrong! We're those maintaining you safe while your at the office, athome, in the mall, in the supermarket, in a ball-game, in a resort or resort, in the casino, in a parking lot, etc! We work hard as security guards and its own sad when we get no value from people but its also worst when we find mistreated by our own company.
