Stay FAR away from Monitronics

The next notice continues to be delivered numerous occasions to Monitronics without any quality...

Excuse the next furious tone of the notice, but I'm very discouraged. Going back year I've been coping with your organizationis bad customer support. It's led to the rethinking of one's register my yard such that itis not apparent to prospects - and certainly will quickly result in me placing brochures on every home within our neighborhood informing this account.

Following A year of speaking with way too many Monitronics reps about the telephone to depend... This problem remains not solved. And it is a measly $40 cost.

It suggests someone to request: What's happening?

I Have chose to quit calling, because that's not worked beforehand. I'll create everything along below instead. Please forward it to some person who can in fact do something positive about the problem.

The history:

Following A horrible income work where the consultant misquoted the buying price of having touchscreens mounted (first huge frustration inside your organization) we'd many installment mistakes aswell. One was the specialist did not understand how to actually deploy the touchscreen. Another was they did not understand how to function it or inform me just how to perform it. It continued and on until ultimately issues were solved by another specialist that understood what he was doing.

Through them all - we were informed our puppy wouldn't trigger the movement alarm - because they have been ranked to 'dismiss' little animals. They requested the fat of our puppy and determined it had been correctly scored. I thought it had been heat indicator that worked based on body measurement. Regardless - with this specific confidence (from numerous reps of one's organization) - we weren't worried.

Fast-forward to the puppy, obviously, leaving our alarm. Why was this happening? No body at Monitronics might state - however they were prepared to digest our free 'moves' as well as cost people for just one of the changing times.

We named the moment we got the statement and were informed it'd be studied down, as-yes, the cost was absurd.

To include insult to damage - we were left with an alarm program where the movement sensor was ineffective just because a little doll-puppy might set it down. Really dissatisfied.

Fast-forward to nowadays - the problem CONTINUES TO BE uncertain. This after numerous calls and LOST hours detailing the same over and over. (and that's why I am not calling anymore.)

The final person I spoke to was an extremely good and apparently qualified boss called Sean (identification 8565)

He was clear about performing the next (I created him replicate it - that is how I understand how obvious he was):

* late charges eliminated

* Unique $39 charge eliminated

* Unique 'free' shield appointments taken off report

* NonBillable support phone to become put up to determine why the alarm was appearing

Affirmed - we'd contractors come. A great indication! Lastly Monitronics was doing the things they claimed they'd. They stated, "Oh yes, it may be the puppy rests about the sofa and causes the alarm." To which we stated, "Clearly pets prefer to access it couches if they are little - that is wherever they stay." Therefore it was a low-isssue. They ought to have informed people this right from the start. We'd haven't established the movement sensor. Quite simple.

All was good.

Except... The following month I obtain a STATEMENT AGAIN. $41???

What's happening? I thought perhaps it'd have a while for that program to obvious it - but no. We still keep obtaining the same phony statement.

This must be managed asap - also it must be managed without further trouble to us. I believe that $41 is pretty awful insignificant when comparing to the warnings we shall share with potential potential prospects (via blogging, person to person and brochures if that is what it requires) in regards to the total disappointment of one's capability to manage an easy customer support scenario.

So - thanks ahead of time for repairing these absurd mistakes on my account asap.

It has been almost 24 months because we first closed our agreement with Monitronics - which remains uncertain. Because this notice, there have been many more calls that guaranteed to mounted this problem, however in the finish never did. At this time, we're awaiting our agreement together to end.

Save the unnecessary anxiety... Don't make use of this organization.
