Cavecast.com and Filmon.com websites provide video live chats that can be rated.
However, these to websites lock you in with no option to delete or permanently close your account.
I've been using the internet since the 1990's and I've only come across a very tiny amount of websites that make it virtually impossible to delete you account.
Such websites are hostile in nature with policies that provide terms of service that provide the host with options to terminate your account, but no provisions to delete or close an unwanted account.
Such websites should be avoided at all cost. If nothing else, use a totally bogus profile name, create an disposible e-mail account you can ditch later, and provide totally fake information, since CaveCast.com and Filmon.com prevent you from deleting your account, and e-mails to their support are either unanswered or unwilling to delete your account.
Why? The operator of these websites, prevents account deletions to maintain high account numbers for statistics and so they can "massage" their numbers when presented to potential advertisers.
An unethical move by any website or host.
I've tried to delete my account for several years, never got anywhere.
