I've never created or published evaluations but feel forced to alert everybody to prevent Klein Home and Bathtub (aka Upper Eastside Home and Bathtub). Our two-word explanation of the job completed by Klein/Upper Eastside E&W is "neglect" and "substandard."
Their only manager is violent and inexperienced. He was seldom in the job-site and not did what he guaranteed. The entire experience was terrible. Again and again again Klein created guarantees they didn't maintain, held making reasons, and attributed us for setbacks which were brought on by their insufficient planning and focus on detail.
Klein Home and Bathtub / Upper Eastside Home and Bathtub destroyed our fresh kitchen units using the improper resources. So are there tough sides, open claws, and poor reductions throughout, not calculating properly and making openings throughout. They might not work out how to create something flush, they place inexpensive valves set for the brand new drain plumbing that led to water harm to the units. They didn't guard the task site-so our new ground tiles and fresh counter are damaged. Plus they abandoned the task whenever we repeatedly named their focus on all of the types of their neglect and substandard work!
