Quicken Loans uses lower estimated price for that house to refuse programs.

I've evidence that Accelerate loans evaluation was wrong.

I suppose it's a good way to operate a company by getting costs which are non refundable, even when the lending company doesn't have evidence, and yet the lending company "Quicken Loans" make use of the earliest technique around... The "evaluation justification"?

Could u pls guide me where you can proceed, to which National Organization, to be able to document a proper criticism?
