I signed up for a free trial of Dazzlewhite. Like all of the other reports on this website I was told I had a free trial period, just pay $1.95 shipping and handeling. I called to cancel the same day I received the product and I was still charged $58.76. They did eventually credit my account for the $58.76 after I express mailed the product back to them but now they have started billing my credit card using other "affiliate" companies. So far I have seen charges from ezkit, healthmember, Teethwhite, Dazzle white max and OnV/Insidertips. If you see any of these charges on your credit card call your credit card company immediately! The customer service representative at Chase Credit Card said that they have received a lot of complaints about Dazzlewhite and he was able to go through my bill and pick out all of the fraudulent charges without my assistance. I would hope that there will be a class action lawsuit filed against this company very soon.
