I ordered the free trial offer on 1/29. The same day I called to cancel and was advised that I should wait to receive the product to cancel. I confirmed with the rep that there would be no additional charges nor would I have to send anything back. He confirmed. I later called once I received the product and was advised and entirely different process... I had to send the bottle back within 7 days or my card would be charged. I made many additional calls to speak with a manager and they were ALWAYS in meetings. I asked if I could leave my # for a call back and then they all the sudden could not locate my order. The day I made this order my bank put a freeze on charges because of the fraudulent activities that occur with this company. Today I called to cancel my card, before they could charge anything else. They wont get paid regardless but I have learned a valuable lesson. They do not have my SS# so they can go and jump off a cliff.
