I contact this individual Eduardo Jose Moneterrey Prado in www.identificationconsulting.com and that I purchase doc from him and that I delivered him the cash and he explained he delivered the doc by Fedex and he didn't provide me monitor quantity and that I examined in Fedex along with a lots of another organization like DHL and advantages nothing with my title, next i tryed to get hold of him by talking on his website or by mail but he didn't respond

Be mindful everybody he'll answer you before you pay him and next he'll not Response you and you'll get nothing

First he delivered me check backup in the doc but actually the backup wasn't skilled it's a error,
