Let's see where this begins, bless my Fathers Heart. He received a POP-Up screen on his new computer before any antivirus software was installed. This company claimed they could help, they connected remotely, took his credit card information. After a month or two, they noticed charges on their credit card statement. Called to dispute the charges and that's when everything went downhill. The company locked his computer out, once I started working on it they ran a command prompt that disabled my parents administrator rights and kicked them out. I have been working on trying to start the computer for a thumb drive but they have also locked out the rights for changes. So my brother suggested Flashing the Hard drive to see if we can gain access again. If it doesn't work their PC will be worth nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM
