Excalibre under the direction of Ms Walter for 5 years sent me deceptive billing statements, denying my dues and adding other owners' balances to my billing statements... this is mail fraud.
They did this during and after the trail and before, .. she continued to take my property and I owed zero to this HOA.
Crooked attorney Thomas Jacobson and Edward Hess, Jr., along with Mark Jolstead, cooked up this scam.
Everyone file a complaint with the Postal Inspectors also and the FBI, FTC... this has to stop. I am a senior on a fixed income and they took everything I had.
