Unknown Payphone Charges Appeared on My Credit Card

I have had 4 charges charged to my credit card since Friday 2.23.2018. They show up as WMACTL. And there were two $17.00 charges and two $24.00 charges totaling $82.00.

Upon researching the merchant, I find that these appear to be related to payphone calls billed to a credit card. The problem is I haven't seen a payphone in years and haven't used one in over a decade!
