Excalibre Management charges $200.00 a month for managing 38 units. They refuse to fix any of the problems they are responsible such as our rough leaks every rain, leaving even more yellow stains and running our drywall. The stairs hold water wich causes more drywall rot on the inside of our garage. Our garage door was vanalized to the point where we had to buy a new one for $525.00 this money should be refunded to us immediately since it is the exterior of the condomimium and EXCALIBRE's responsiblity to fix it. EXCALIBRE does nothing for repairs and requests for repairs. However, when we write this arrogant company we do not hear anything from them. We have had accidental slips in the parking lot area because of excess build-up of sand and gravel due to a lack of paving. Our fence in the backyard, which is their responibilty along with all of our grievences have fallen on deaf ears. They say "go to the meeting" nothing gets down at the meeting four people show up because everyone else knows the outcome... NOTHING DONE! This company does not honor its own C.C.R. Handbook allowing comercial vehicles to park in the lot. Writing all the letters do absolutely nothing.
