This company is NOT associated with the FL Secretary of State. Assumed names do expire EVERY 5 YEARS, but FL only charges $50 to renew. These scammers want $125 and they pull information from the State Corporation Division to make "official" forms to send. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING.
