I bought tickets in June for Weird Al. They promised to ship the tickets 3 days before the September event. They never shipped, so I called, and they claimed an email had been sent to change to worse tickets. I never got the email. I had to agree to worse seats or we would have no seats at all. They promised tickets by the day of the event. On the day of the event I called and was told the tickets would be at will call. I went to will call and there were no tickets! I disputed it and they claim the tickets were there. There was no manager to talk to. Complete scam and rip-off. Never use them. I wish I had known they were a third party.
