Bought Tickets in June for Weird Al. Promised to ship by 3 days before event in September. Never shipped so called and they claimed email was sent to change to worse tickets. Never got email. Had to agree to worse seats or we would have no seats at all. Promised tickets by day of event. Day of event called and told tickets will be at will call. Go to will call and NO TICKETS! Disputed and they claim tickets were there. No manager to talk to. Complete scam and rip off. Never use. Wish I knew they were 3rd party.
