I've been trying to get my money credited back into my bank account from the order that I placed and a week later I contacted them to find out what was going on. Richard informed me that they didn't have the golf size umbrellas in stock and wouldn't be getting any more. I requested them to cancel the order since that was the bulk of my order and the main reason I placed the order. It hadn't been filed yet but he decided to fill it anyway and DID NOT SHIP ANYTHING! THEY TOOK $200.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THEN TURNED AROUND AND SHIPPED AND ORDER OF BRACELETS AND 1 GBP UMBRELLA THEN CHARGED ME ANOTHER $71.61!!! I HAVE RECORDED CONVERSATIONS WITH RICHARD AND ADVISE EVERYBODY NOT TO USE INTERTRADE CORP. THEY ARE VERY RUDE WHEN TRYING TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT THEIR SCREW UPS AND FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS!! I'M GOING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT AND INSTEAD OF MY $271.61, I'M ASKING FOR $5000 BECAUSE THE BED TO KNOW HOW THEY HAVE MESSED UP MY ACCOUNT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND HAS CAUSED ME MORE HARM MENTALLY AND MEDICALLY DUE TO THIS STRESS.
