I was hired to work as an account executive for this company. I was responsible for outside sales and maintaining customer accounts. The president, Sirous Ghanimati was a complete jerk and mistreated me during my employment. Working there was a complete nightmare... I ended up getting scammed by this monster of a human. He had me sign a very unusual agreement saying that I have to work there for at least 90 days and then he charged me $1250 to actually work there!!
I didn't know what he was trying to do until he started harassing me and making my life a living hell. I found out he has failed to pay several of his former employees and gave them bounced checks. Then I read other reviews about him and learned what a con artist he is. He has an extensive history for writing bad checks to employees as has been sued so many times in the Orange and Seminole County court system. I don't know why he isnt in jail.
I was discriminated against as a female, belittled and talked to in a very condescending way. I never got my money when I left and he stole over a thousand dollars from me and used a fake contract to say I agreed to pay to work there!!! I know that his stupid contract wouldn’t have held up in court… I was grabbed, teased and constantly yelled at for not doing things the way he wanted.
I filed a complaint on him for sexual harassment and discrimination but he denied everything, threatened the only witness I had at the time which quit working there as well. The graphic designer that worked for him told me he had bounced his paychecks as well.
I did not have enough hard evidence to prove my case and I wasn’t going to spend anymore time or money fighting this jerk. Furthermore, this jerk made up vicious stories about me to the investigators and called me a liar. My lawyers believed me. He should have been arrested for threatening my witness. HE will go that far to scam you, he has no limits.
I'm really sorry but if you look this monster up on Google, you can see his mug shot for being arrested for his countless crimes of credit fraud and driving with a suspended license. He has several records in the Orange County courts for scamming customers. He won't pay you and will hand out bounced checks shamelessly. This asshole lives with his mom and dad at the age of 50 and is not even allowed to drive because he is a loser and a thief.
I am writing this complaint to warn people. Not just customers but people considering working for this evil man. I don't know how he stays in business after all the complaints and litigations in the courts. I was unable to get justice for the horrible things this man has done to me but I believe the truth will eventually come out in the open. When several people are filing complaints about him and taking him to court, it must be true! He will of course continue to deny everything until he's blue in the face but do not be fooled!
