I called the clinic a few days prior and said that I needed physical & TB test for my work. I was told to come on Wednesday at 9:30 am. I came at around 9 am, and stood in line outside the clinic. When the clinic finally opened its doors at about 9:40 am, everybody went inside. Then the clinic announced that only 18 people will be taken, and the rest can use the other options.
Had I known this at the time of my phone call, I would have come at 7 or 8. Still, most of people in line are sick, and the clinic shows no compassion, and a total disregard for someone else's time spent, cost of gas, and sick people having to stay in line at winter. I think that instead of having us stay in line, why doesn't the clinic make appointments, and/or inform the callers about having to stay in line, and the fact that only 18 patients will be taken. This whole thing was poorly organized.
