I came to Great Hope Shelter on july17. I made the postal servicers aware of this address shortly after, since I have been here I have not received any mail, I recently received an e-mail; from the post office saying my mail was being sent back. I have since continued to ask for mail and still I'm being told that there isn't any. I have been waiting for housing who only communicates through mail and I have experienced missing an opportunity for housing due to this problem there are other things I have been expecting to come through the mail that has not reached me yet I would appreciate very much if someone would look into this for me.
