This lady decided to start a business and have it up on Google ads. The only problem her like many others forgot to get a business license and become legal in the city. Why does Google allow this to take place. Under ground economy takes money from the state of CA, the state where Google is. It takes money from foster care, that means there are children stuck in life threating homes with no help. CPS workers jobs cut to half the workers. And there is no money for state day care and school to kids. It harms our kids to encourage under ground economy. What about this for harming the consumers.
