Rip-off! Deducted $48.00 from my debit account without permission. Suppose to be $1.00 only

I had found a website (sgada.com) who claimed you could download music for $1.00 per month. Now I have a $48.00 charge on my debit card that I did not authorize, and has put me in a position where one of my bills cannot be paid.

Who are they, and who do they think they are? Can you help me, or direct me to get help? How can these crooks be stopped so others do not get scammed?
