This Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey and her fake Miss World Universal Pageant is a scam... Ladies beware I know 5 ladies she crowned in 2012 and none of them received any prizes whatsoever. One of them flew all the way from South Africa and she never received any prizes at all..
All of the 2012 queens paid an entry fee of nearly $300.00, which appointed them a title, which included a crown and sash only, they never received any prizes once they arrived at a church for their so-called pageant. Lady Kelley Bracken Rainey really and truly owes each one of her 2012 queens a complete refund for their airfare, hotel and meals and also provide them a formal written apology for stalking them and harassing them.
