Miss World Universal Pageant scam, deception, unethical, unprofessional, fraudulent pageant system, rip off

Earlier this year a beautiful and talented professional actress I know personally agreed to aplly for a state appointed beauty title since the pageant director Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey said she was too ill to have an actual pageant and would instead be having a crowning ceremony.

This Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey, the owner of the Miss World Universal Pageant system is quite the dishonest con artist. She deceived my friend in numerous ways... Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey informed her before she paid her entry fee for title and crown assignment the government officials including the mayor would be present for a cocktail party, that never happened.in fact Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey also lied about the events of the pageant weekend, the location and the motel across the street.

Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey also has a facebook page name Miss World Universal Pageant where seh will accept your money anyones money... To become part of her scam. She has had 4 queens step down and resigned from representing her including my very talented friend. Lady Kelley Bracken has been in and out of mental insitiutions and is suffering with Bi-Polar disease accoring to one of her 2012 queens that left her system.

Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey has harrassed and bullied and stalked the queens that left her. We have evidence to support this. She has also threatened her queens that left her since they refused to return her crown and sash that was paid for in advance by the title holder in addition to hotel, airfare and meals. This Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey demanded each queen purchase gifts for her queens at this year 2012 title crowning event which was the most unprofessional scam in opageant history. Mothers, daughters, young women do your research... Ask to speak with Natasha Giles, and Alyssa Riddle and other queens of 2012 they will attest to her fraudulent and abusive business practices.

Lady Kelley Bracken-Rainey has been reported to the authorities and all other media associated with paypal money transfers and facebook for ABUSE.
