I addressed this with dish. I was promised 2 months initial free service for dumping comcast and coming back to dish. I did but no free service ever materialized. All i got was a past due bill. I called and told the company i would pay the past due amount which i sent. The rep said
Not to worry i had 16 days before i would get shut off. Guess what. 3 days later i was shut off now got late charges tacked on my bill. Dish said basically Too Bad pay up in 10 days.
