I don't understand why Gamefly would charge my credit card since I did not qualify for an introductory offer. Although my wife took advantage of this offer for my son two years ago, the Gamefly system still processed the $24.79 fee and then discontinued services on the same day without notifying the customer at the email address on file. When I finally called a customer rep today (two days later after my initial email) to inquire why my email was/had not received a response, I was informed that it was sent but probably went into my spam folder. However, the automated email response from Gamefly didn't go to spam, so why would the email response from Gamefly go to spam? Now I need to wait three business days to receive my credit. Gamefly should have a system in place that prevents past customers from signing up since some repeat customers may have forgotten. I'm taking my business to Gamerang or Gamemine.
