As a Dish Network customer, I signed up for Blockbuster @ Home, their DVD rental package with Blockbuster, which they acquired a year ago. I signed up on May 28 and was charged on my Dish Network account from tht day. For two days I couldn't access Blockbuster @ Home, then had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to get it resolved. A week later I still haven't received a single DVD in the mail and I've been charged for a full week of non-service.
