I ordered two of my favorite games on two separate times. After waiting for over a week i emailed them about the games i ordered and they replied saying they sent me the game and i should have received it 3 days ago, then they charged my credit card. The same problem happened again, and in everytime i had to call their shitty customer service to get my money back. Shit is just not worth the wait. Plus there are lots of games can be bought with the same gameflly renting prices...
